  • How often do communities restripe their parking lot?

    Communities should restripe their lot every 2-4 years depending on traffic within the lot.

    Yes. Solid Paving is fully licensed to perform asphalt and concrete work in Virginia and carries comprehensive General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request for property managers, HOAs, and municipalities.
